Regular creatine monohydrate, no different from the rest... It works! Working weight already after two weeks of use increases by 10 kg on the bench press... well, at least that’s the case for me. The weight is gained in a month by 4-5 kg, although then 1-2 kg goes away and in the worst case, 3 kg of dry mass remains, and in the best case, all 5 kg remain...
