The motivation for losing weight immediately grew, and already 30-40% of the girls showed good results, but still this did not suit me, since I know that with full dedication the results should be positive for 99% of the girls. And then I decided to raise the cost of my services and see what comes of it. The experiment was risky, but I still went for it. Now, of course, the number of girls who want to lose weight not for free has immediately decreased, but those girls who contact me and pay the stated amount to receive individual programs with full mentoring and support throughout the program, they show excellent results and write to me themselves , asking a bunch of questions and trying to understand all the intricacies of nutrition and the training process. From this personal experience, I understood one thing: people by nature are very poorly motivated. And if it comes to something that needs/can be done or received for free, but at the same time you need to put in your efforts and considerable work, then in 95% of cases no one will do this! Well, or they will do it poorly and very quickly... This is what happened with weight loss, when the girls received their free programs, they simply “gave up” on the whole thing, knowing that anyway she got this program for free, and she has nothing to lose : she stays with her money... But, unfortunately, with her extra pounds too.

But when girls know that for this program, for this opportunity to lose weight and become slimmer, they paid an nth amount of money, and this amount is not the smallest for them, and they will have to work hard to get it, then their motivation for losing weight and the desire to stick to the written program immediately doubles!!! Oh miracle! Immediately, as scheduled, reports for the week are sent, strict adherence to the diet and training plan is carried out, and in general, willpower increases several times! As one girl wrote to me: “It turns out that I’m not as weak as I thought!”

Yes! And you are not so weak! You just lack the necessary motivation: for some, positive, and for others, perhaps negative.

Remember yourself and buying a gym membership... After all, when you have already paid for a month of classes, you have to go to the gym, willy-nilly, since you paid money for it... It’s the same with online training: when you pay the trainer for the selection individual nutrition or training program, then the same mechanism works for you as when purchasing a subscription. I quote one of my wards, who confessed to me how she motivated herself every time she wanted to eat something sweet: “I spent half my salary to buy this program and finally lose weight! I can't eat this cupcake right now! It will be money thrown away!”

So, girls, sometimes, in order to become slim and beautiful, you just need to pay a considerable price for it (for you personally). And the more expensive this price, the more motivation you will have to stay on track and follow all the recommendations of your coach, and be honest, first of all, with yourself.

I hope that now everyone who wants to receive free nutrition/workout programs understands that everything that comes for FREE, without any effort on your part, is simply not appreciated, and therefore the process of losing weight will most likely never begin. I say this as a person who went through this and learned a lesson.

Training to overcome laziness - not only in fitness, but also in life

We have such a section on Zozhnik - “Girl Healthy Lifestyle”, in which more than 60 girls have already appeared, and at the very end we ask each one the question “what do you recommend to those who want to start” and almost always every girl (who really once overpowered and now can’t break away from training and a healthy lifestyle) answers something like “yes, you just need to start right now” in different words.

You don't need motivation for this, you just need to step over your laziness. That’s exactly it: like it or not, it’s necessary.

It is possible and necessary to do fitness both with motivation and with its complete absence, through strength, through moral and volitional effort. This is discipline, this is often “I don’t want to, but I have to.” Yes, if it’s really unbearable, then replace an hour of running with a 30-minute elliptical, or a 1.5-hour strength training with a 40-minute interval, and instead of 2 km crawl, swim 1 km on your back, but complete the intended workout.

Each time you consolidate a new useful habit, you step over your laziness and each time it becomes easier and easier for you to do it. After all, this is how healthy habits are acquired - you can read in detail what happens in your brain when you force the habit of taking care of your health into it.

By the way, if you suddenly fail once, this is not a reason to joyfully exclaim “burn it all with a blue flame” and give up training altogether. You just need to breathe out, admit the failure and continue training.
