We always try to take into account your wishes and desires regarding the ABC of Bodybuilding resource in terms of what it lacks and what we would like to see. In truth, we also wanted to see what you insistently demanded, various fitness calculators. And therefore we “knocked down” many sites that already had such firmware in order to transfer their solutions to our site.
It was assumed that a separate page would appear on the AB website, on which anyone could calculate certain parameters. For example, ideal weight, repeated maximum in exercises, etc. for myself.
