I want to give you advice on how to get rid of 5-8 kg in 14 days. We will talk about the diet that I personally followed. I already wrote about my impressions in the article “Japanese diet reviews for those who have lost weight.” And today I will continue to introduce you to this system - the Japanese diet for 14 days, menu table.

On the Internet you can find many options for this diet. The classic version is quite strict; product substitutions are prohibited. I want to give you a diet that is not so strict, but no less effective. Even with such a food system, you can prepare delicious and dietary dishes.

List of products that are prohibited

The Japanese diet is low in calories. Portions should be small, literally 200-250 grams. To achieve maximum results, you should not change your diet. To avoid feeling hungry, you can slowly drink a glass of water before eating. Snacks are prohibited, only drinks are allowed. This could be tea, coffee, mineral water without gas. Be sure to take lunch to work.

You should drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day. Stick to the menu. If on the 4th day you have fruit for dinner, then you need to eat fruit, not cakes
