  3. While the oatmeal pancake is baking, prepare the filling. In my case, it is without any problems: soft cottage cheese with sweetener, a spoonful of flaxseed urbech and half a banana. I don’t mix them, but will lay them out in layers;
  4. As soon as the oatmeal pancake is baked, immediately fold it in half, while still hot. Because after cooling it can “break” at the fold - this plump thing is very fluffy;
  5. Then put the filling on one half of the oatmeal pancake and close it again, like a quesadilla. That's it, breakfast is ready! For extra joy, you can pour diet syrup over the oatmeal pancake. Bon appetit!

Ingredients:

  • Instant oatmeal (without any additives) - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • Egg - 1 pc.;
  • Water or milk (to reduce calories, add water) - 50 ml;
