Detox diet, what is it? Its essence is contained in the name - detox means detoxification or cleansing. For cooking, you can take only vegetables (preference is given to green ones); you can combine vegetables with an apple and a pear. Common vegetables to cook: cabbage, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon juice, ginger, parsley, cucumber, spinach, celery, pears. All ingredients are crushed in a blender with the addition of a glass of water.
  • Second breakfast - any juice.
