Vegetables (about 600 grams per day) became the basis of the diet; healthy proteins, fats (60 grams per day) and carbohydrates were added. I didn't go on a diet and never skipped a major meal. She carried containers of food with her everywhere (even when picking up her child from school). Regime and discipline are very important here to speed up the metabolism.

I realized that a common mistake in the fight against excess weight is eating the same food every day. The breakdowns stopped when I started eating a varied diet, adhering to the weight loss program menu. Many dishes and flavor combinations became a discovery for me: I fell in love with broccoli, lentils and tuna.
