  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.

Diet cheesecakes

Rinse the raisins and leave them in water until they swell, then air dry. Breaking up all the lumps, thoroughly knead the cottage cheese, add raisins, bran, eggs and carefully knead the dough. Form oval or round blanks for cheesecakes and, lightly grease them with vegetable oil, fry them in a non-stick frying pan.
