USE OF CHOREOGRAPHY IN PREPARING ATHLETES IN FITNESS AEROBICS

One of the main and main tasks in modern sports is the search for new means and methods of strengthening the union between sports and art. At the present stage, fitness aerobics has been recognized as an independent sport; therefore, new solutions are needed in all types of fitness and at different stages of sports training. Studying the structure and content of competitive fitness aerobics compositions, experts and judges are increasingly coming to the conclusion that very few athletes have a high level of choreographic preparedness, which is manifested in the integrity and cohesion of individual combinations, as well as the ability to demonstrate a competitive composition at a high level.

Introduction. In modern sports, there is a need to develop plastic expressiveness at the initial stage of training. The development of plastic creativity is based on teaching the language of expressive movements - this is the fundamental position of the program and the most important task of training with athletes [2].

After analyzing the scientific and methodological literature, we found that choreographic means for the development of plastic expressiveness are used in many techno-aesthetic sports, such as figure skating, aesthetic gymnastics, etc. In fitness aerobics, this problem is also relevant.

There are many different directions in choreography that influence the increase in the level of technical preparedness of athletes of various qualifications involved in fitness aerobics [3].

One of the main directions in choreography is classical dance, which consists of three parts: exercise at the barre, exercise in the middle and jumping.

Also, to increase the level of choreographic preparedness, modern dance tools should be used to promote the development of expressiveness, which is especially important for athletes involved in fitness aerobics. Important means of choreographic preparation are the movements of folk character dance. Choreographers often use historical and everyday dance in children's choreographic schools, studios, and dance groups [1].

Despite the constancy of the lesson structure, depending on the teacher’s plan, by performing the appropriate exercises, you can solve various problems. The possibilities for varying exercises are endless. Their combination, tempo, amplitude, direction, quantity, rhythmic pattern, nature and duration of pauses during which one or another pose is maintained changes. The supporting leg can be on the entire foot, on the toe, or in a half-squat. The number of structural groups of movements can also change.

Contents of the methodology . The basis of the methodology was a set of special choreographic exercises, taking into account the technical characteristics of movements, the observance of which is necessary in fitness aerobics. The proposed methodology included exercises for all muscle groups and joints in various starting positions, with full amplitude, at various tempos, performed with musical accompaniment.

All exercises were performed to specially selected music that corresponded to the nature of the movements performed.

Classes were held three times a week for 2 hours and were structured according to the generally accepted scheme: preparatory, main and final parts.

The musical soundtrack for classes was selected so that the tempo of the musical accompaniment was in the range of 130-160 musical accents per minute. In the preparatory part of the lesson we used:

1. General developmental exercises.

2. Various types of walking and running (on half-toes, in a half-squat, on heels), performed to musical accompaniment using different hand positions.

3. Stretching (dynamic, static). Its use during classes provides a comprehensive improvement in muscle elasticity, flexibility and joint mobility, necessary for performing many motor elements of fitness aerobics, developing the ability to coordinate and coordinate movements with the tempo and rhythm of music. Stretching techniques from modern jazz are used, as well as breathing exercises from oriental systems.

In the main part we used the following exercises:

4. Various types of jumps using allegro techniques.

5. Body turns using six port de bra positions.

6. Various swings: first level swings were practiced using the batement tendu, batement jatte, battement fondu, battement frappe, batement double frappe techniques; second level swings were practiced using the battement developpe, grand battement jatte technique.

7. Acrobatic exercises (somersaults, splits, stances, flips).

Separate parts of the competitive composition were practiced to the musical accompaniment of Russian folk dance, reflecting its manner and nature of performance. Also used were the basic movements of rising and falling onto a step - platform, coordinated with the body and arms in the style of Russian folk dance. These exercises combine: movements around the platform with elements of Russian folk dance (stomping, stepping, shotguns, body bends and head turns). You can also use elements and movements from dances of the peoples of the world, using appropriate musical material [1].

The final part included:

8. Free plastic movements (relaxation, waves, waves).

9. Pantomime (used to develop expressiveness of movements).

10. Rhythmics (teaches the ability to coordinate movements with music).

11. Imaginative improvisation and musical improvisation on a given topic (promotes the development of emotional expressiveness, communication skills, and the formation of acting skills).

12. Exercises in pairs and in a group (promote socialization and mastery of the surrounding world).

Whatever direction of choreographic training is used in fitness aerobics training, in the final part it is advisable to use breathing exercises from the eastern techniques of prana yoga and kundalini yoga.

When performing choreography exercises, attention was paid to the close relationship between movements and music, which requires a deep understanding of its tempo, rhythm, melody and other means of musical expression.

The use of methods of coordinating movements with music is aimed at developing in fitness aerobics practitioners:

- the ability to perform a movement in accordance with its tempo and duration;

— intramuscular coordination, range of motion;

- quality of movement, its harmony.

Conclusion. The developed complex can be used in the work of coaches at all stages of long-term sports training. By adopting techniques from various choreographic directions, specialists bring their students to the world level. Athletes, training in this symbiosis of sports and aesthetic components, show a high level of technical, physical and artistic preparedness. Using developed and experimentally proven exercises, they not only achieve the highest sports results, but also learn to relieve emotional stress after competitions, recover and tune in psychologically before a responsible start.

Look for something else: If you're not sure you can attend classes regularly. At each lesson, more and more new steps are learned, and if you constantly skip lessons, you will not be able to keep up with the group.

Jazz and modern

The dance styles jazz and modern have much in common, so they are often combined into one program. A feature of the jazz dance style is isolation: one part of the body moves independently of the rest, following its own classical ballet movement. It appeared due to the fact that dancers sought to go beyond the boring classics. Modern jazz combines the characteristics of these two styles - the ease of jazz and the shockingness of modern. By the nature of classes and dance loads, modern jazz is closest to shaping and aerobics. Even if you have never danced before, in modern jazz you have every chance to achieve good results.

What to wear: Sportswear and sneakers for aerobics or special slippers – “jazz shoes” – are suitable.

Pitfalls: after the first classes you will feel aches throughout your body, even if you are in good physical condition - this dance style uses muscles that usually go unused.

Result: in two weeks it will be easier for you to climb the stairs and run after the departing bus.

What you need: if you want to lose weight. In addition, by dancing, you will strengthen your muscles.

Look for something else: if you have joint problems or complain of back pain.

Flamenco

The rhythmic tapping of heels, the clicking of castanets... Flamenco is the embodiment of the concept of “rhythm”. This ardent and passionate dance, originally from Spain, is complemented by guitar playing, rhythmic clapping of hands, the roll of castanets and the sounds of the cajon (Spanish folk percussion instrument). Characteristic features of flamenco are extraordinary plasticity of the hands and graceful play with the hem of the skirt. Your main acquisition will be “ballet” posture: the body positions characteristic of this type of dance strengthen the back muscles responsible for supporting the spine.

What to wear: a wide skirt with frills, similar to a gypsy outfit, and shoes with small, stable heels to make it easier to beat the rhythm. Pitfalls: The most difficult thing in flamenco is the rhythm. During the first months you will be tormented by twelve-bar counting, which will be difficult to forget even at night.

Result: 5-6 sessions - and you will feel how your posture has changed. At least you will definitely get rid of the habit of constantly slouching.

What you need: if you want to correct your posture. In addition, thanks to active movements of the hands, you can get rid of tension in your hands.

Look for something different: if you like variety. Flamenco is a fascinating dance, but it consists of a rather limited set of movements.

Belly dance

The clink of coins on your belt, oriental music - and you already see yourself as a concubine performing the dance of the seven veils for the Sultan. Oriental dance will help strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, thighs, buttocks and arms better than any traditional aerobics program. The skin becomes elastic, muscles and ligaments become more flexible, cellulite and extra centimeters on the hips “go away”. Body proportions become more harmonious, and even the simplest movements become graceful.

What to wear: You will need a belt or pocket square embroidered with beads and coins. Or you can sew yourself a real costume of an oriental dancer with a bodice and belt, richly decorated with embroidery and rhinestones.

Pitfalls: if you want to lose weight this way, you will have to do it for quite a long time. On the other hand, the dance “doesn’t look good” on bellies that are too graceful, so don’t be surprised if, first of all, they advise you to… have a belly!

Result: after just two weeks of training, you can do the splits without any problems and do a “bridge” from a standing position.

What you need: if you want to get in shape after giving birth. With certain restrictions, belly dancing can also be performed during pregnancy. But let your coach know that you need an individual program.

Look for something else: if you are an active fitness enthusiast. Belly dancing is a leisurely activity.

Strip plastic And do not confuse strip plastic with striptease! In striptease, the dancer tries to “turn on” the audience by showing off her body. And lessons on strip plastic include movements that imitate striptease, but the emphasis is on the technique of execution; strip plastic teaches, first of all, the art of mastering your body. Dance fitness is a relatively new fitness trend that was born by combining elements of aerobics and choreography.
