Joe Weider

Betty was growing up, she had to make a decision somehow. On one of the sets: In the best traditions of romance novels, Vader explained his feelings for Betty Jo. I fell head over heels in love with him.” In general, they just met for six months, Joe gave her expensive gifts, gave her flowers, in general, did everything so that Betty would become his wife. They got married on April 24, 1961. Betty set Joe a condition: “You don’t interfere in my personal life - I’m making your career!”

Bodybuilding training programs for mass

Full body weight training program

Fullbody is a program that allows you to pump up all major muscle groups during training. You need to do three workouts per week, alternating between workout A and workout B.

WorkoutA

It is believed that the full body bodybuilding training program is more suitable for beginners. A split program with a deeper study of each muscle group will allow those who have been training for more than a year to build muscle.

Drop sets

A proponent of this technique is Arnold Schwarzenegger. It helps the athlete build muscle mass, increase strength and endurance. The idea is that the athlete does the exercise to failure, and then reduces the weight, and again does several (or one) approaches to failure. Thus, reserve muscle fibers are activated.

You can experiment with drop sets and change them. You can perform them with both a barbell and dumbbells. There are a classic drop set (its essence is described above) and other types: triple, in which the weight is removed twice, quadruple - the weight is removed three times, a 50% drop set, in which the weight is removed by half, while the amount increases 3 times repetitions. There are also drop sets with dumbbells and on machines, compressed, wide and others.

This is one of the high-intensity workouts where you can get a significant boost in muscle growth in a short time.

Group Program Instructor Course

A person who wants to be a motivator not for one, but for at least ten clients at once, simply needs to master the specialization of a group program instructor. The course in group classes is basic at the educational institution and is 172 hours. This time is devoted to studying the basics of anatomy, bioenergy, nutrition and sports medicine. During practical classes, students consider various types of training: aerobics, interval training, functional training. Future instructors learn how to structure a lesson correctly, distribute the intensity of the load, combine different muscle groups in the strength section, and form simple and complex combinations using different methods. Teachers also tell you how to properly present yourself before a lesson, how to more effectively reach the entire group room audience and work with people.

You can also devote time to highly specialized seminars for group instructors. These are “Step aerobics”, “Functional training”, Pole Dance, “Myofascial release”, “Stretching” and others. Seminars take 1-2 days of training and are aimed at detailed study of a specific group lesson.
