What is a liquid diet?

In 14 days of following a low-calorie diet, you can reduce body weight by 10 kg. When completing the course, dehydration of the body does not occur, and good health is maintained. It is important to monitor your well-being, avoid strong feelings of hunger and consult a nutritionist.

The dietary complex allows you to:

  • break down fat deposits;
  • maintain tone;
  • start rejuvenation of the body;
  • maintain results for a long time.

Several options for liquid dietary nutrition have been developed:

Disadvantages of a drinking diet

  • There is a constant feeling of hunger. It is very difficult to adapt psychologically to a diet; not everyone succeeds.
  • Severe fatigue and weakness appear, some completely lose interest in life.
  • After a diet, the digestive system cannot fully absorb and digest normal food, because it is accustomed to liquid food.

  • in a week you can lose from 3 to 5 extra kg;
  • Thanks to the “total” cleansing of the body, the skin is rejuvenated, acne disappears, the hair becomes silky and soft, and small wrinkles are smoothed out on the face.

Disadvantages of a liquid diet include:

  • short time;
  • eating too often (this creates inconvenience for people engaged in work activities outside the home);
  • unbalanced diet;
  • partial leaching of vital substances (potassium, magnesium, calcium) with liquid;
  • weakening of intestinal motility (constipation is possible after a diet).

But for the sake of the amazing results that the lucky ones who have lost weight demonstrate, overweight people are ready to do anything. Therefore, the main thing for them is not to violate the conditions of this diet and stop it only if they feel unwell. You should not go on a liquid diet without consulting your doctor. Smoothie:

  • banana - 1 piece;
  • liquid yogurt - 1 glass;
  • soft curd mass - 1 tbsp. l.

Bouillon

For preparation you will need:

  • water - 6 l;
  • chicken fillet -500 g;
  • bay leaf - 2 pcs;
  • onions - 1 piece;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • salt;
  • bay leaf - 3-4 pcs;
  • black pepper.

The chicken must be washed, skinned, and cooked. Carrots, onions and salt are added to the broth. During the cooking process, you need to remove the foam and stir the broth.   • cranberries - 400–450 g;
  • sugar - 50 g.

The berries are washed and crushed in a blender. Place the mixture in a colander and squeeze out the juice. Starch is diluted in ½ cup of cold water and mixed with cranberry juice. The mixture is poured into hot water. After adding sugar, the liquid is brought to a boil. The recipe is for 10 servings. 100 g of drink contains 18 kcal.

Liquid oatmeal

To prepare oatmeal you will need:

  • oat flakes - 2.5 tbsp. l.;
  • water.

Pour heated water over the oatmeal and leave for 20 minutes. The dish should be consumed for breakfast and lunch.

Vegetable soup

It is recommended to include vegetable soups in your diet. For a light soup you need the following ingredients:

  • onions - 1 piece;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • fresh cabbage - ½ piece;
  • tomatoes - 2–3 pcs;
  • salt;
  • spices.

Vegetables are chopped and placed in heated water to cook for 20–35 minutes. then the water must be salted and seasonings added. After cooling, the boiled mass is whipped with a blender.

Cream soup with turkey

For the puree soup you will need the following set of products:

  • turkey fillet - 250 g;
  • potatoes - 2 pcs;
  • onions - ½ piece;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • water - 1.5 l;
  • garlic - 1 clove;
  • fresh dill - 20 g;
  • salt.

Turkey meat is boiled for 15–20 minutes in salted water. Then the peeled and chopped vegetables are dipped into the broth and cooked for another 5 minutes. The turkey fillet is removed from the pan. Cool the remaining soup and beat with a blender, adding garlic. The puree soup is served with chopped turkey meat and chopped herbs. Cream soup is suitable for lunch or dinner.

Comprehensive weight loss programs on a liquid diet

3 day diet

Day 1

  • 8:00 - grated potatoes with a liquid consistency - 200 g;

  • 10:30 - low-fat milk - 200 ml;
  • 13:00 - boiled buckwheat and grated with herbs - 200 g, no oil added;
  • 16:30 - cashew nuts - 10 pcs.;
  • 19:00 - liquid mashed potatoes - 200 g;
  • before bed - low-fat kefir - 200 ml.

Day 3

  • 8:00 - milk-based semolina porridge;
  • 10:30 - low-fat kefir - 200 ml;
  • 13:00 - vegetable soup - 250 g, 2 slices of lean veal, rye bread - 1 slice;
  • 16:30 - unsweetened apple - 1 piece;
  • 19:00 - steamed and grated vegetables - 200 g;
  • at night - low-fat fermented baked milk - 200 ml.

Diet for 7 days

The diet for the week is planned according to caloric content; the set of products may vary.

Monday

  • breakfast - thin oatmeal, cucumbers - 3 pcs, green tea without sugar;
  • lunch - vegetable soup - 200-250 ml, low-fat kefir - 1 glass;
  • dinner - muesli, freshly squeezed juice or pasteurized milk.

Tuesday

  • breakfast - low-fat cottage cheese, green tea without sugar;
  • lunch - milk-based buckwheat soup;
  • dinner - fresh vegetable salad - 3 tomatoes, 2 cucumbers.

Wednesday

  • breakfast - muesli - 200 g, milk - 250 ml;

Saturday

  • breakfast - vegetable broth, compote or pear, apricot or apple jelly without sugar;
  • lunch - chicken broth, low-fat kefir - 250 ml;
  • dinner - vegetable salad of cucumbers and tomatoes.

Sunday

  • breakfast - oatmeal - 200 ml;
  • lunch - thick vegetable juice - 250 ml;
  • dinner - meat broth with the addition of slices of meat, apples - 2 pcs.

Diet for 14 days

When on a diet for 14 days, you need to consume 1 type of product per day. In addition to the basic diet, you need to drink a large amount of purified water and green tea every day.

The diet for 1 week includes the following set of products

  • 1 day - medium fat milk - 1 l;
  • Day 2 - freshly squeezed juice without added sucrose and low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • Day 3 - still water with minerals without preservatives;
  • Day 4 - steamed potatoes, 4 pcs. eaten throughout the day, freshly squeezed juice without sugar - 1 l;
  • Day 5 – unsweetened green apples – 1 kg;
  • Day 6 - boiled beef - 200 g, freshly squeezed fruit or vegetable juice;
  • Day 7 – low-fat kefir – 1 l.

From next Monday the menu will be repeated. The dietary complex allows you to reduce weight up to 1 kg per day. Intense physical exercise is not recommended. It is important to stabilize sleep, lead a calm lifestyle and monitor your health. It is necessary to provide a consistent exit from a long-term dietary complex. Products are introduced into the diet gradually. At week 4, the diet of those who have lost weight includes full meals with side dishes and salads.

Menu for the main stage of weight loss

The main stage is carried out over 2 weeks, and every day it is necessary to follow the same principle of nutrition - every hour, serve 200-250 ml of liquid, and omissions are extremely undesirable!

Based on this principle, the menu for each day looks like this:

  • The first breakfast is at 8:00. Serve oatmeal broth, for the preparation of which 0.5 cups of oats are poured into 1 liter of water, placed on medium heat and removed after 30 minutes. The decoction is filtered and drunk.
  • Second breakfast is served at 9:00. Vegetable broth is served.
  • At 10:00 boiled warm water is drunk.
  • At 11:00, juice is prepared, preferably from an apple, pear or orange. Remember that juice is diluted with water as follows: 3/4 cup is juice, and 1/4 is water.
  • At 12:00 1% milk is drunk.
  • At 13:00 boiled warm water is drunk.
  • At 14:00 a decoction is served, which can be prepared from fruits, berries or dried fruits at your discretion.
  • Lunch is served at 15:00. You will need to prepare chicken broth. To do this, 400-500 g of meat is washed, 2 liters of water are poured in, brought to a boil, after which the foam is removed from the surface and left to simmer for 1 hour. If desired, after boiling, you can add chopped herbs and carrots cut into circles into the broth. The broth is strained and served.
  • At 16:00 boiled warm water is drunk.
  • At 17:00 the previous reception is repeated.
  • At 18:00 fruit or vegetable juice is prepared.
  • Dinner is served at 19:00. Vegetable broth is served.
  • At 20:00 boiled warm water is drunk.
  • There will be a finishing reception at 21:00. Drink kefir.

After the first two days of eating this way, you can get used to a strict diet, and on the 5th day after each meal you will already feel full.

The main stage cannot be maintained for longer than 14 days, otherwise it can cause harm to health. Extension is permitted only in one case - making certain changes to the menu. So, before the final reception at 21:00 you will need to have one more reception - eat a vegetable salad, boiled rice, dried apricots with chopped walnuts.
