But first of all, it is worth noting that strength training is beneficial for healthy children and adolescents, and they can benefit not only in terms of muscle strength, but also strengthening bone tissue, improving lipid profile, increased coordination and better body composition [24]. ,[25], [26], [27]. However, children should not focus only on strength training. Children also need aerobic exercise, allowing them to develop evenly. And before sending a child to sports, he must be examined by a qualified doctor [2].

Strength training rules: training programs must be selected individually, taking into account the age and physical fitness of the child. Each workout should begin with a 5-10 minute warm-up and end with a 5-10 minute cool-down. The presence of aerobic exercise provides a number of benefits, in particular, it helps to develop the heart muscle and increases metabolism [2].
