When do they start celebrating Easter by the hour and how long does the celebration last?

Believers celebrate the Resurrection of Christ in the temple. During the Easter Liturgy, the Gospel of John is read throughout the world. In 2020, Easter begins on April 12 for Catholics and April 19 for Christians. The onset of a church holiday is tied to the lunisolar calendar, and therefore does not have a constant date. So in 2021, for Christians, Lent will end on May 1, respectively, Easter will fall on May 2. Catholics will fast from February 17 to April 3, and on April 4 they will begin to celebrate the Resurrection of Christ.

The best regimen for taking creatine

Creatine is one of the most long-known and well-studied active substances not only in bodybuilding, but also in other sports. The ability of the body to get used to receiving a dose of creatine, reducing the independent synthesis of this substance, has also been known for a long time. Only one conclusion follows from this: you cannot drink creatine constantly and for a long time, so that the body does not “forget how” to produce it itself.

Therefore, regardless of which regimen of creatine intake is adopted, you should take regular breaks in the use of this product in order to avoid disturbing the protein balance in the muscles and the entire body.

The most tested, universal and well-proven regimen is the “loading” of muscles with creatine. This technique involves consuming twenty grams (average value) of pure creatine per day (in four doses, 5 grams each), in between meals, for 4-7 days. This time and quantity is enough to completely saturate the muscles with creatine.

After this, the increase in creatine concentration in the muscles stops, and it is consumed at a rate of 10 grams per day, simply as a dose that maintains the new balance. This indicator is also average, the exact one is determined based on the athlete’s body weight. This will be discussed further.

When using the “loading” scheme, the effect of maximum saturation of muscle tissue with creatine is easily achieved and has long-term properties - it persists for a long period (up to twelve weeks).

How long should you wait to get pregnant after deciding to expand your family?

In most cases, pregnancy occurs in the first three months after the decision to increase the family is made, and some even become pregnant the first time. That is why the question of how long you need to wait to get pregnant is difficult to answer. But, if you are older or have habits that reduce fertility (smoking, for example), this period may be significantly longer.

How does the success of conception depend on the number of cycles from the moment of deciding “we want a child”:

  • during the first cycle, which lasts about a month, about 30% of women who want to become a mother become pregnant;
  • three cycles – the chance of getting pregnant is about 60%;
  • six cycles – pregnancy is successful in 80% of cases;
  • A year has passed and 85% of families can reasonably expect a new addition;
  • 3 years – about 91% of couples become pregnant;
  • 4 years – “the stork flies” to 93–95% of couples.

What to do if you can’t get pregnant within a year?

If you want to have a child, you don’t have to wait 4 years. If attempts to conceive over the course of a year have not been successful, contact a specialist with your partner. He diagnoses the cause and, if there are problems with fertility, will help to eliminate them in a timely manner. Moreover, if you are already 35 years old or older, then the examination should be done earlier - preferably after six months of unsuccessful efforts.

Should I take creatine on rest days?

There is no doubt that there is no point in taking creatine in small doses (2 g per day or less). The results of independent studies confirm this clear conclusion. Expecting to save money and taking creatine only 1-2 capsules or a minimum dose before training, you, on the contrary, are punishing yourself and wasting both the product and your money. There will not and cannot be any really noticeable effect from such meager doses.

In general, it is wrong to consider creatine only as a “pre-workout”. After all, this is a complex active substance - both as a stimulant of performance and endurance, and as a restorer of strength after intense exercise.

Therefore, if you want to get real benefits from consuming creatine, it must be taken on both training and recovery days.

Video cutting app

In principle, any primitive video editor on your phone, even the built-in one, is equipped with this function. But let’s imagine that you don’t have a built-in editor, you desperately need to cut up a video, and you’ve never done it. Our instructions will be as detailed as possible. Go!

  1. Go to the Play Market or AppStore and download the VideoShow application. We are talking using Android as an example, so we open the Play Market, find the application, download and install it.

  2. Then we find it in the installed applications or directly from the software store click on the “Open” button.

  3. After launch, click on the “Edit” button.

  4. Select the desired video from the phone’s memory and tap on the “Next” button.

  5. Then select the “Change” section.

  6. Open the “Edit” subsection in the lower left corner.

  7. Select the “Crop” option and use the sliders to mark which part of the video we want to leave.

  8. After that, click “OK” and click on the checkmark in the upper right corner.

  9. All that remains is to save the video to your phone. To do this, tap on the “Export” inscription and select where we want to send the video. We'll stop at the gallery.

  10. We are offered two free options for saving videos: “Fast Mode” and “HD Mode”. The first method will save the video in compressed form, the quality will noticeably decrease. The second one will slow down the saving process, but the video will remain of the same quality.

  11. We wait for the video to be saved and can open the gallery to view the result.

There are rules, and there are those who bypass them, in our case, we told you how long a video on Insta lasts , and how to upload a long video without breaking the rules. It is worth recalling that previously it was possible to download videos only in “square” format, 640x640. Now, the developers have given preference to the quality of the downloaded content and allowed us to upload videos in FULL HD format, with a resolution of 1920x1080. This, of course, slowed down the loading time, but the end result is worth it.

How long can you take creatine: loading and cycling

Remembering that you need to prevent the body from getting used to regular creatine supplementation, you need to correctly determine how much creatine to take over time. For those who first started feeding their muscles with creatine, they should stop after a month of daily use, and take the same (monthly) break from using the product. The best option is this: the first week – a total “load” of the maximum dose; then until the end of the month - a maintenance course.

For more experienced athletes, continuous daily use of creatine is recommended for one and a half to two months (also with a preliminary weekly “load”), after which a month’s break. You can, of course, continue to extend the course of treatment further, there will be no side effects from this. But there will be no sense. The body will get used to regular replenishment and will simply become immune to creatine.

Another popular (in the last two thousand years) method of taking creatine was the cycling method. This is when a kind of “swing” is arranged: three days (as an option: five days) – taking creatine, and not in “loading” doses, but in moderate ones – 5-10 grams per day; then a three-day break, and so on. Cycling was another attempt to “deceive nature” and prevent the body from getting used to receiving creatine from the outside.

The author of the cycling technique, Paul Kribb, head of the research department of AST-Sports Science, points out that it makes no sense to overload the blood and muscles with creatine. Since, after a short-term noticeable effect, the body very soon begins to demonstrate complete tolerance to this supplement, and its beneficial effect begins to fade. And newly consumed creatine’s ability to penetrate cell membranes deteriorates, and the percentage of absorption inevitably falls and continues to fall.

It is difficult to say how valid these theoretical calculations are. Moreover, they are based only on the research of Cribb himself. However, this regimen also has a right to exist if many are convinced of its effectiveness by testing cycling on themselves.

How long does it take to create a corporate website and online store?

08.11.2016

We are often asked how quickly and how long it takes to create a website or online store. Let's look at examples.

We calculate the costs of creating a website

Before actually creating a website, you need to draw up a work plan, as one of our favorite heroes, Erast Fandorin from Akunin’s novels, does.

  1. It is necessary to decide on the site profile - this allows us to determine what kind of site we will have: a catalog of goods or services, an informational corporate site, a blog, a portfolio site, a business card site or just a landing page (one-page site).
  2. Decide on which management system (CMS) your site will work. There are a decent number of them, your choice will be based on your needs. For example, WordPress is mainly used for blogs, portfolios, and corporate websites. We also recommend free systems ModX, Webasyst and paid ones, for example 1C: Bitrix. And there are those that we do not recommend, such as Joomla. And, of course, there are many self-written systems that are developed in Internet studios.
  3. Decide on hosting where we will place the site files. For example, TimeWeb, Eurobyte, HandyHost - we work with these hosting providers and can recommend them. For detailed information, you can look here >>.
  4. Select a suitable domain (site name).
  5. Think over the structure of the future site, navigation, draw up a diagram of your wishes, what should be on the main page of the site, on the internal pages, what functionality you want to implement (call back, application or order form, calculation calculator, etc.). This is the most labor-intensive process for the customer because no one knows his business better and he must provide the backbone of the scheme. We know of many examples when the creation of a website at this stage was delayed for a long time or even stopped altogether!
  6. Site design. There's a dilemma here. Should you contact a company that will develop and draw website layouts from scratch, taking into account absolutely all your wishes in appearance, or buy a ready-made template and remake it to match the company’s corporate style? A design drawn from scratch will cost you more and will take at least 2 weeks + time to approve the layouts. A ready-made template will cost much less and customization to suit your corporate style will take quite a bit of time, up to 1 week.
  7. After the website design has been developed for you, you fall into the hands of a programmer/layout designer (this can be one person or two), who transfers the image into code, installs, configures and automates the website management system. If you bought a ready-made template, then installing and connecting it to the control system will take much less time.
  8. Let's imagine that you have received a website template already connected to the management system. But this is only the middle of the entire process of creating a website. Then begins the painstaking work of filling the site with unique content, adapted for search engines and attractive to the user. Sounds easy, but not easy to implement.

And, even after this, you can’t breathe out, since the site is like having a child, whom it’s not enough just to give birth to, you also need to raise, feed and educate.

It’s the same with a website - after launching the site, you need to maintain the site and constantly fill it with new information, update existing content, refine the site, observing the behavior of users on the site. The site must be advertised to attract the attention of users. After all, there are hundreds or even thousands of sites with similar topics in the search results next to you, and there is no way to avoid advertising.

Remember that the most important work is not creating a site, but further work on the site.

Let's make a table of the time spent and the cost of creating a website, if we rely on:

n/aTasksTime
1Define a site profile1 day
2Decide on a control system1 day
3-4Choose hosting and domain name1 day
5Think over the structure and navigation of the site3 days
6.aWebsite design, individual, from scratchfrom 2 weeks
6.bPurchasing a ready-made website template1 day
7.aLayout and automation of a rendered template on a CMSfrom 2 weeks
7.bInstalling and configuring a template in CMS3-6 days
8Filling the site with contentDepends on the volume of content, we will roughly determine that we need 2 weeks to initially fill the site for launch

As a result , a website with a ready-made template can take 2-3 weeks, and a website with the development of a unique design, full layout and automation will take 1.5-2 months.

Time spent on creating an online store

An online store is, in principle, the same website, but with a more complex structure, a larger number of templates, modules and plugins.

When choosing a CMS, you need to approach it more thoughtfully, figure out what load the system can carry and what functionality is available for the site to function as an online store. Here we advise you to pay attention to systems exclusively tailored for online stores, such as Shop-Script, 1C:Bitrix, etc. ModX and Wordpess also have plugins for creating an online store, but their functionality and ability to work with a large number of products is limited in comparison with other systems.

Here, you need to approach the choice of hosting in a special way, taking into account the load on the server when working with your nth number of products and the simultaneous number of users on the site.

And more time is spent on website design, because it is necessary to draw not only the main and internal pages, but also the catalog page, subcatalogue, product card, cart, order form page, etc.

Accordingly, the time for layout and automation will also take much more.

And, of course, filling an online store with goods can take a whole month or more if the ability to download goods via an xml file is not provided in advance.

Let's also, in the table, calculate the approximate time costs for creating an online store.

n/aTasksTime
2Decide on a control system1 day
3-4Choose hosting and domain name1 day
5Think over the structure and navigation of the site3-5 days
6.aWebsite design, individual, from scratchfrom 3 weeks
6.6Purchasing a ready-made website template1 day
7.aLayout and automation of a rendered template on a CMSfrom 4 weeks
7.6Installing and configuring a template in CMS3-6 days (nothing changes with a template site because all the templates are already ready and even adapted for mobile devices)
8Filling the site with contentDepends on the volume of goods and the possibility of xml uploading, it can take from 2 weeks to a couple of months

An online store website also involves constant work on content - this includes adding new products, working on the usability (ease of use) of the site, writing articles/news, working with reviews, improving functionality taking into account the development of modern technologies.

Conclusion: a website on a purchased template can be launched within a month, and when developing a unique layout, layout and automation - from 2-2.5 months.

How much creatine should you drink per day?

Question: How many grams of creatine should be taken per day depends on the athlete’s body weight. It makes sense to use the generally accepted formula for taking creatine, which looks like this:

300 mg x 1 kg of body weight - during the “loading” and then half as much during the period of maintaining high creatine levels. For example, with a weight of 80 kg, the answer to the question: how much creatine to take per day is: 300 mg x 80 = 24 g. and 24 gr. / 2 = 12 gr.

Fertilization process and phases of the menstrual cycle

First, you need to figure out how much time a woman’s body spends preparing and fertilizing an egg, and only then evaluate all possible factors that influence the timing of pregnancy.

The menstrual cycle is the basis for conception. Absolutely everything related to pregnancy depends on it. It consists of four phases, directly interconnected by a chain of processes and individually performing their individual and responsible functions:

  1. Menstrual.
  2. Follicular.
  3. Ovulatory.
  4. Luteal.

A new cycle always begins with the menstrual phase, namely with monthly bleeding. Discharge lasting 2–7 days is considered normal. When menstruation comes to an end, the next phase begins, which creates the foundation for the development of future pregnancy - follicular.

During the second phase, follicles mature in the woman’s ovary under the influence of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), of which only one dominant one will be fully formed and an egg will be released that is absolutely ready for fertilization. Next, she will follow a certain and unchanging route along the fallopian tubes to meet the sperm. It is this moment of release that is the beginning of the third ovulatory phase. The duration of the follicular phase depends on the individual characteristics of the organism and can range from 7–22 days. If we consider the ideal version of the menstrual cycle, then ovulation occurs in its middle, i.e., on average, 12–14 days are allocated for the menstrual and follicular phases.

Ovulation is a short period of time (approximately 1 day) during which the egg is released from the follicle and moves towards the uterus. This is the most successful day for conceiving a child, since the body of the unfertilized egg is not protected by anything, and there are no barriers for the sperm, because environmental conditions are most conducive to conception.

The period of time between ovulation and menstruation is called the luteal phase - the fourth and last part of the cycle. Its duration, unlike follicular, has a clear time frame - 13-14 days with an error of ± 2 days. If pregnancy does not occur, the egg dies, the transformed dominant follicle, i.e. the corpus luteum, stops functioning, the level of progesterone and estrogen drops, under the influence of which the structure of the lining layer of the endometrium changes and a new round of the menstrual cycle begins.

If the conception of a child is successful, then the luteal phase does not develop. Instead, the corpus luteum of the ovary begins to actively produce progesterone, so that the placenta fully develops as a full-fledged part of the female body and begins the independent secretion of estrogen and progesterone.

It turns out that to conceive a child, only one day is needed - ovulation. Is it really?

Which Creatine is better?

Monohydrate is considered one of the best forms of Creatine, but it is also desirable that the composition be labeled “micronized.” This label means that Creatine molecules are reduced by 10-20 times, giving you faster and more complete absorption. Also, please note that one serving contains at least 5 grams of this substance.

Morning – meditate at sunrise

Traditionally, the best time to meditate is early in the morning, namely at sunrise . We feel the need to start the day as best as possible, recharge ourselves with positive energy and set the necessary internal pace. At this time of day, being in silence, we are able to feel harmony with nature, let it pass through us. You will achieve the greatest effect from meditation when you are well rested after a full, healthy sleep.

It is easier to meditate in the morning than in the afternoon or evening . The hurricane of thoughts has not yet taken hold of you; you are practically not thinking about anything serious. Another thing is a day when your mind is forced to think a lot and focus on solving many problems. It will be extremely difficult to calm this stream of thoughts in the midst of a working day.

Conscious and deep meditation is possible only with complete peace of mind.

Therefore, the time immediately after sleep is the most favorable time for meditation. Many people who are seriously engaged in spiritual self-development and strive to comprehend the Truth choose this particular time. For city dwellers, waking up early may seem overwhelming. But once you wake up with the sun and meditate, you will appreciate the magic of this time of day.

Evening and night meditation

You can also meditate in the evening. After work, we especially want to relax, analyze our day, draw conclusions and restore peace of mind . A great time to do this is 60 minutes before sunset or an hour after sunset. But this is not a strict law. If you want to meditate before bed, this is your choice. Just remember that you need to have the right mood, for example, to relax and calm down. The process of meditation can invigorate you a little, so start at least a couple of hours before bed.

If you have trouble falling asleep for a long time, meditation before bed will be especially helpful . You can make the immersion process longer and use special meditative music for better effect. You can also meditate at night if you are active at that time of day. The silence around will only contribute to relaxation. If you devote at least 10 to 15 minutes to this, then such a short meditation session at night will save you from the need to take various medications for insomnia and other aids.

Your sleep will be calm, sweet and without nightmares, your mind will be filled with divine, bright thoughts, and in the morning you will joyfully greet a new day.
