To become a Les Mills instructor, you must undergo special training. This ensures that the class is conducted by a qualified professional. More than 90,000 people have already completed the training. Each fitness program is trained separately by an instructor.
- Body Pump. intense barbell training performed at a high tempo. Combines strength and aerobic exercise, great for losing weight and creating a sculpted body.
- Body Combat is a purely aerobic program that includes elements of exercises from martial arts: karate, taekwondo, boxing, Muay Thai, capoeira and kung fu. Explosive training that is done at the limits of your heart rate. One of Les Mills' most popular programs!
- Body Balance is a class based on the principles of power yoga and Pilates. Great for increasing flexibility, relieving stress, deep muscle stretching and improving posture.
- Body Jam is perfect for those who love to dance. Incendiary dancing to hip-hop, drum and bass, house and other styles of electronic music will help you not only burn extra calories, but also lift your spirits.
- Body Step. This is not the usual step aerobics that we are used to seeing in group training at the gym. Les Mills have perfected this type of workout and made it a truly fat-burning activity that will get you into amazing shape.
- Body Attack is an energetic program consisting of traditional cardio exercises (running and jumping) and jumping. The workout takes place without additional equipment, using only your own body weight.
- Body Vive is a super combination of strength, aerobic and abdominal exercises. This mix will help you tone your body and get rid of excess fat. The program is well thought out and very effective.
- RPM is a cycling workout adapted from the Less Mills style. An intense cardio session on stationary bikes burns maximum calories, strengthens the heart and increases endurance. By the way, cycling is considered one of the most effective group trainings.
