Overall assessment and summary
To summarize, I am confidently ready to give 4.5 out of 5 points (0.5 was skewed because some manufacturers have better tastes, a higher percentage of protein, etc.). There were no inconveniences or disappointments, the whole bank went off with a bang. It is also worth noting that the price for Dimatize protein is most often very good, which is a huge advantage (especially compared to more expensive brands). I also got it at a discount.
This is how my experiment led to me becoming a fan of this brand and definitely putting it in the top 3 of my personal rating. If you approach the choice of protein based on price and quality, then it is quite possible that Dimatize will take a leading position in the ranking of your preferences.
How to drink correctly?
To achieve maximum results, you need to take protein wisely. The best time is before bed and immediately after waking up. To prepare one serving, you need to mix 33 grams of dymatize elite (one scoop) in a glass of water or milk.
