Lazy zucchini pie for weight loss
The pie according to this recipe turns out to be very filling and tasty, the whole family liked it.
We need:
- 300 g zucchini
- 4 eggs
- 150 g hard cheese (you can use 5% cottage cheese)
- 5 cloves garlic
- 50 g dill
- 40 g butter, melted
- 350 g (1 piece) thin lavash
- salt, spices to taste
Preparation:
1. Peel the zucchini (you can also use the skin) and grate them onto a coarse grater.
2. Mix eggs with pepper, salt, butter, garlic, cheese and dill.
3. Add zucchini to the resulting mixture and mix.
Tip: If the mixture turns out to be a little dry, you can add 50 - 100 ml of kefir to it.
4. The lavash sheet can be torn into pieces by hand or cut with scissors and mixed with the filling.
5. Grease the mold and transfer the dough into it.
