Methods for preparing dried fruits
There are several known ways to dry fruits and berries: in the sun, in the oven and in a special device - a dryer. The most popular option is with an oven, since not everyone has the opportunity to lay out the original product in the open air. In addition, the ecology of large cities leaves much to be desired, which is why dangerous substances will enter your body along with vitamins.
The main thing you need to pay attention to when drying fruits and berries is maintaining the temperature regime. If you ignore this rule, you can ruin the product.
Crazy drying: tasks and exercises, training program
Before deciding to participate in the show, you must undergo a medical examination and make sure that physical activity is not contraindicated for you. The exercises and their correct implementation are presented on the official website of the project and in the application. Let's look at an example of one workout.

There is no specific schedule for doing the exercises. You adjust your workouts to your free time, although experts advise doing exercises in the first half of the day.
Monitoring the completion of daily tasks is carried out in your personal account through a written report. But the special “knockout” tasks that you will receive every week on Saturdays will need to be filmed, which will then be carefully studied by the project administrators.
Dried apricots
Apricots in the first half of summer - visible and invisible. What else can you do with them if not dry them? Before the drying process, the fruits must be washed and the seeds removed. After this, the apricots should be placed on a baking sheet covered with cotton cloth and placed in an oven preheated to 60 degrees.
After the fruits begin to dry out, they should be placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. The oven temperature should be 45 degrees. The apricots will simmer for ten hours. Don't forget to stir them from time to time.
If you decide to dry in the sun, then let the apricots stand in a draft for four hours. After this, place them on plywood and keep them in the sun for five days. Please note: one kilogram of apricots yields no more than 250 grams of dried apricots.
Crazy drying - what is it?
At the head of Mad Drying is the presenter Vasily Smolny. For him, this is not so much a show as a favorite pastime. The main components of the project are proper nutrition and exercise according to a certain pattern. All physical exercises and menus are prepared by professional trainers and nutritionists. Everyone who participates in the project is offered up to four types of nutrition and 25 different training programs. It turns out that almost every day a new complex awaits you.
Buildings aimed at maximum fat burning are published in creative video format. Participants complete them throughout the month. If a participant fails to cope, then there is a risk that he will leave the project. This really motivates the players! At the end of the project, the winner is determined whose “Before” and “After” photos of the transformation look as impressive as possible. He can receive not only a cash prize or a car, but also plastic surgery.
What is the secret of Crazy Drying?
Globally, the project is aimed at completely changing a person. Of course, the main goal of Crazy Cutting is to change physical parameters and lose weight. But the internal changes that occur with a person during the project are also important. Participants learn to overcome laziness, pain and their own fears.

Heavy workloads are exhausting not only physically, but also mentally. But at the end of the project you can see excellent results - the participants seemed to have undergone both an internal and external reboot. Feedback from project graduates is extremely positive and amazing in its warmth. Recently, analogues of Mad Drying have begun to actively appear, but so far no one has been able to repeat the success of the creators of the original project.
Prunes
This product, beloved by many, is made from plums, after washing them and removing the seeds. These fruits should initially be dipped in a hot solution of water and soda (100 grams of soda per 10 liters of water) for several minutes, and then washed under warm running water.
It is recommended to start drying in the oven at a temperature of 50 degrees for four hours. After this procedure, the plums should be allowed to rest in the air, and then placed in the oven, the temperature of which should be 20 degrees higher. The plums should simmer for five hours, and then they need to be cooled again. At the last stage of drying, heat the oven to a temperature of 90 degrees and leave the plums there for four hours. Stir the product regularly throughout the oven drying process.
They should be dried in the sun in the same way as dried apricots.
