What is the procedure for passing the FIZO standards?


The goals of physical education of workers are:

  • maintaining sports skills for work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
  • development of motor skills and abilities for the effective and legal use of physical force, including combat techniques.
  • maintaining and strengthening good health, maintaining employee productivity, increasing the body's resistance to adverse factors.

The content of physical education includes exercises for applied gymnastics and sports training, athletics, accelerated exercises, overcoming obstacles, ski training, swimming and fighting techniques. In order to bring physical qualities to the required level, motor skills and abilities are required for training in basic and additional education programs in organizations that provide training for work in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

First you need to study order No. 275 dated May 05, 2018. You need to know what the minimum score is required for applicants to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. All faculties in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are divided into three target groups.

  1. First target group: Law enforcement agencies. Qualification: administrative activities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Narrow specialization - workers in control and creation of road safety (traffic police).
  2. Second group: Law enforcement agencies. Specialization:
  • legal training in departments of internal affairs, operational investigative activities;
  • criminal security activities;
  • Forensic-medical examination;
  • ensuring national security;
  • compliance with laws that do not violate criminal law and other regulations.

3. Third purpose group: Economic security. Specialization:

  • economic and legal support of economic security;
  • information technology security;
  • development of protection technologies.

The additional entrance test in physical education is assessed based on the results of three control exercises:

  • for male candidates: pull-ups, one hundred meter run, one kilometer run.
  • for female candidates: complex strength exercises, one hundred meter run, one kilometer run.

A test is conducted in gymnastics and athletic training. It is also necessary to pass martial arts techniques. They check how quickly a person copes with obstacles, how long it takes to run a kilometer and a hundred meters.

How can a girl enter the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs after 11th grade?

The first, and logically correct, question for a girl at an interview before entering the institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is: “Why do you want to enter this particular academy (institute).” It is important for a girl to be ready to answer this question - and not so much for the commission, but for herself - after all, connecting her fate with work in the Authorities is a very responsible matter. Usually, prepared girls answer this question that they want to connect their future lives with the protection of law and order, the protection of Russia and its inhabitants.

How can a girl enter the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs after 11th grade?

Is it difficult for a girl to study to become a police officer after 11th grade?

This is a logically correct answer - after all, if a girl has other reasons for entering a university (she believes that it is prestigious or she likes wearing a uniform, for example) - then she will very quickly become disillusioned with the profession and will be forced to leave, and the Authorities will lose the trained unit.

What is the minimum physical fitness score for employees?

Employees of special purpose groups, drug control, physical protection departments to ensure the safety of persons subject to state protection (calculation according to three standards) must overcome the minimum threshold for personal physical identification. For males, the maximum score is 180, the minimum is 74.

Police officers, with the exception of employees of special units of drug control agencies, departments of physical protection of the safety of persons subject to state protection (sum in two exercises): for men, the maximum score is 115, the minimum is 45. For employees who are not police officers (according to one standard ) from 55 to 20.

For female special purpose employees working in the drug trafficking department from 150 to 60.

Level of training for citizens of the Russian Federation entering the police service

Russian citizens joining the Ministry of Internal Affairs must meet qualification requirements so that they can perform tasks in accordance with personal and professional qualities, as well as physical education and health. Qualification requirements for positions in internal affairs bodies provide for positions of junior officers and enlisted personnel with secondary (complete) general education. For the average command structure - education not lower than secondary specialized education; senior officials - professional higher education in certain types of activities.

Citizens entering the internal affairs bodies are required to:

  1. Must pass a military medical commission; professional psychological selection;
  2. Psychophysiological study (survey). The purpose of the test is to identify the consumption of narcotic and psychotropic substances without medical prescription and the abuse of alcohol or toxic substances;
  3. Check your physical fitness.

Testing a candidate’s physical fitness involves passing the established standards:

  • male persons - it is necessary to score at least 105 points in the sum of two standards (strength: pull up thirteen times - 55 points or do push-ups forty times - 55 points, speed and agility - shuttle running 26.0 - 55 points).
  • female persons - must score at least 65 points in the sum of two standards (strength: standing up from the floor seven times - 35 points or twisting forward in a minute - seventeen times - 33 points, speed and agility - shuttle running 33.8-33 points ).

List of required tests

To enter the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, it is important to successfully undergo a medical examination and pass the following tests:

  • fluorography,
  • general urine analysis,
  • x-ray of the sinuses,
  • ECG of the heart with stress and at rest,
  • general blood analysis,
  • syphilis test,
  • HIV test.

In addition, it is necessary to provide three conclusions (certificates) from the therapist, which will indicate the information:

  • infectious diseases that you have had over the past year;
  • vaccinations in the past 5 years;
  • presence of allergic diseases.

Upon admission to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, each applicant must also have a certificate of vaccination against hepatitis B.

For candidates to study in educational organizations


An additional entrance test in physical education for candidates for study in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is assessed based on the results of three standards:

  1. for male applicants: pull-ups on the bar; 100 m run; thousand-meter run (cross-country);
  2. for female applicants: a powerful complex exercise (twisting, lying down); hundred meter run; thousand meter cross.

When performing a strength circuit, the result will not be counted and the candidate will not be allowed to perform any additional physical tests if he performs less than one repetition of any exercise. The sum of the minimum score confirming the successful implementation of three control standards for candidates of the first destination group (45 points), the second - 39 and the third - 36 points.

It is allowed to pass only one of the control standards with a score of at least 1 point, provided that the remaining two standards are not lower than the established minimum score (fifteen points for the first target group, thirteen points for the second, twelve points for the third target group) with a score of at least 45 , 39, 36 points for the target group.

For example, a candidate (young man) participating in the control exercise of lifting on the horizontal bar in the second group lifted four times and scored 1 point. In this case, he must score at least 38 points in total for the other two control exercises. In each of these two exercises, he must show a result that corresponds to 13 points or more.

If a candidate in training does not score 1 point in one of the three control exercises, confirming the successful completion of this exercise, the additional entrance exam in physical education is usually considered failed. In this case, the candidate for training cannot take additional entrance exams in physical education and participate in the selection process for admission to the educational institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

Based on the results of successful completion of physical training standards, the points scored by the candidate for training are summed up and credited to the results of all entrance exams during selection. Upon successful completion of the external and internal examination, applicants will be admitted to the MIA University. This decision is made by the admissions committee. The admission procedure is signed by the head of the university. After this, the applicant will officially become a student of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. There is a category of applicants who can enter the university without entrance exams. Among them are the winners of the All-Russian School Olympiad and participants in the International Olympiad.

Strength exercises for women - starting small

A person who cannot swim should not jump into the water.

  • use simulators for isolated muscle work: leg abduction and extension, leg swings in a block, butterfly for the chest;

  • From 18 to 25 years old – 170 points;
  • From 25 to 30 years – 150 points;
  • From 30 years old – 140 points.

To fill vacancies in the police, with the exception of employees of special forces to control drug trafficking, physical protection groups of units to ensure the safety of citizens subject to state protection (two exercises included):

  1. From 18 to 25 years old – 105 points
  2. From 25 to 30 years – 95 points;
  3. From 30 years old – 85 points.

To fill positions other than police work (in a single exercise):

  • From 18 to 25 years old – 50 points
  • From 25 to 30 years – 45 points;
  • From 30 years old – 40 points.

Surrender for girls wishing to join the service


To fill positions in special drug control units, departments (departments, groups, units) of physical protection, security units of persons subject to state protection (the sum of three exercises):

  1. From 18 to 25 years old – 140 points
  2. From 25 to 30 years – 130 points;
  3. From 30 years old – 115 points.

To fill vacancies in the police, with the exception of employees of special forces to control drug trafficking, physical protection groups of units to ensure the safety of citizens subject to state protection (two exercises included):

  • From 18 to 25 years old – 95 points;
  • From 25 to 30 years – 85 points;
  • From 30 years old – 75 points.

To fill a position with the exception of police work (in exercise 1):

  1. From 18 to 25 years old – 45 points
  2. From 25 to 30 years – 40 points;
  3. From 30 years old – 30 points.

For cadet students, as well as students undergoing professional training

Standards for men:

  • pull-up;
  • emphasis lying on the floor;
  • kettlebell press 24 kg;
  • shuttle run;
  • 5 kilometer cross.
  • cross-country skiing

The maximum points are 100. You can score them by doing pull-ups on the bar more than 30 times, doing push-ups and pressing a dumbbell weighing 24 kg more than 62 times. You will need to run the cross-country in less than 16 minutes.

Women need to be shown a strength complex:

  1. Flexion and extension of the arms while lying down;
  2. Crunches for one minute;
  3. Shuttle run;
  4. A jog per kilometer;
  5. Five kilometer cross-country skiing;
  6. Swimming one hundred meters.

The maximum number of points is one hundred. To do this, you need to bend and straighten your arms while lying down more than 37 times, bend forward from a supine position for 60 seconds more than 50 times. The shuttle run (10 by 10 meters) must be completed in less than 26.6 seconds; skiing less than 19.45 minutes; swim in less than 1.25 minutes.

Level of training for candidates for training in educational organizations


The following control exercises must be completed:

  • pull-ups on the bar for men;
  • girls - strength exercises;
  • run one hundred meters for a while;
  • run a kilometer against the clock.

For the first destination group

Pull-up 29 times, strength exercise 51 times, cross-country 100 in less than 12.6 minutes for men (women less than 14.6 minutes), kilometer run (men less than 3.17 minutes), girls less than 3.42 minutes – if you perform above the specified value, you receive the maximum score. The minimum amount is 45 points.

For the second group

Pull-up more than 29 times, strength exercise 49 times, 100 run in less than 12.9 minutes for men (less than 15 minutes for women), kilometer run (boys less than 3.20 minutes), girls less than 3.45 minutes - with exceeding this value, candidates receive the maximum score. The minimum amount is 39 points.

For the third group

Pull up more than 28 times, perform a strength exercise 45 times, run one hundred meters in less than 13.3 minutes for men (for women less than 15.5 minutes), run a kilometer (men less than 3.49 minutes), girls less than 4.14 minutes – maximum score. The minimum amount is 36 points.

Rules for effective training

  • intensive warm-up before each lesson. Working with “cold” muscles is not only ineffective, but also quite dangerous due to the risk of injuries, sprains, etc. (this rule is relevant regardless of whether you work with your own weight or weights);

Important ! Home workouts also require a good warm-up, even if the pace of exercise is gentle.

  • the training program (especially in the case of beginners) should be written by an experienced trainer. There are many recommendations regarding combinations of different muscle groups in one workout, sequence of exercises, number of approaches, repetitions, etc. Taking a casual approach to your training plan can not only slow down your progress, but also increase your risk of injury;
  • Monitor your own diet. High-quality strength training requires a balanced diet, as well as sufficient protein intake (necessary for the natural processes of muscle growth and recovery);
  • keep drinking regime. Drinking clean, still water is especially important during intense exercise. Even 1% dehydration can cause lethargy, headaches and significantly reduce the effectiveness of your workout;
  • Maintain a rest period between strength training sessions. The recommended period for recovery of the body is 2 days;
  • learn to feel your own body, the work of muscles. Concentrate on the target muscles during the exercise - such attention significantly increases performance;

Important ! Sudden pain during strength training in most cases indicates some kind of injury - they cannot be ignored (the consequences can be the most dire for the body). Before continuing with strength training, it is necessary to understand the cause of such sensations.

  • any strength exercise should be performed in 3-5 sets, with a rest period of 30-60 seconds between them. Between individual exercises – 2-3 minutes. During rest, you should not sit still - it is better to move around, walk around (this will improve the flow of blood and oxygen to the muscles for their recovery);
  • Strength training should be practiced 2-3 times a week for 40-60 minutes. At the same time, one muscle group should be trained no more than 1-2 times every 7 days.
