The Super TV channel has finished filming the second season of the Fitness series. For one of the main characters of the project, this season became special in its own way. Tatyana Khramova, who played the role of a tough fitness trainer, spent three months on the set, being in the late stages of pregnancy. The actress is expecting her first child. “The filming is over and I have literally a few weeks to prepare for the baby’s arrival. I am very grateful that the producers treated this situation with understanding. Emotions could have been different, but they immediately met me and told me that if I could, I would film for up to 8 months inclusive,” says Khramova.

The actress not only participated in the filming, she continued training in the gym throughout her pregnancy, lifting small weights to keep her figure toned.

The “Fitness” film crew, in turn, had to resort to a number of tricks so that the viewer would not guess about the actress’s situation. After all, her heroine often wears tight sportswear, open tops and leggings. In addition, the script involves various kinds of stunts, which Khramova performed herself in the first season.

“I had both a regular stunt double and a stunt double. They filmed me in close-ups, and the longer the period, the higher the frame rose. It wasn’t easy with clothes either: the costume designers bought loose sweatshirts that hid my belly as much as possible, but a month later they were already tight, I could barely fit into them. I reassured my colleagues as best I could and promised that the baby and I would wait until the end of filming. She said: “We’ll make it, guys, we’ll make it!” recalls Khramova.

Actor Philip Bledny, one of Tatyana’s partners in the series “Fitness,” said that on the set the girl showed herself to be a real fighter: “Tanya is a great smart girl! Whims, mood swings, fatigue, in a word, everything that is typical for pregnant women - this is not about her. The only thing that gave away her position was her stomach and the way she froze and listened when, during the motor, the child suddenly began to push. Why, at such moments the whole site froze!”

“It was wonderful working with Tanya both in the first season and in the second. In the second, probably even more, because she had a bright, all-encompassing energy. No one on the set felt any problems associated with her position, we only ironized and joked, coming up with new ways to hide her belly. We spent a long time building the frame, blocking it with elbows, pillows, vases, and exercise equipment. At some point it seemed like a quest that became more and more difficult month after month. And, accordingly, those things that blocked her stomach in the frame became bigger and bigger,” recalls Roman Kurtsyn.

Tatyana will watch the second season of “Fitness” as a young mother. The premiere of the series on the Super TV channel will take place in the summer.

Woman.ru: How did your transformation begin? How did you get into fitness?

Tatyana Fedorishcheva: I was not very fat, but I also never had a slim, athletic body. My maximum weight was 65 kilograms. I was 18 years old at the time, and one day, looking at myself in the mirror, I decided that I needed to change something in my life. I went dancing to get rid of my complexes and tighten my body. I was very fascinated by the process of improvement, I began to notice results, and I couldn’t get enough of it! So I started doing fitness at home on my own.

Woman.ru: How long did it take to lose weight and get in shape?

T.F: Since I started doing fitness on my own, I tried various types of training and exercises for a long time. Gradually I struggled with myself and my love for junk food. This took a lot of time and effort. On average, it took me 1.5–2 years to form my own proper nutrition system, get used to it and finally fall in love with fitness!

Woman.ru: What is your weight now?

T.F: My weight is 58 kilograms and my height is 173 centimeters. In fact, I lost 7 kilograms, but my body has changed dramatically. That's why I constantly say in my videos that you shouldn't trust the scales, but the mirror.

With the same weight and height, people can look completely different, the difference is in the composition of muscles and fat in the body.

Woman.ru: How has your attitude towards yourself changed after losing weight?

T.F: Cardinally, I became a different person! Firstly, I have become more responsible, I finish every task I start, which I didn’t do before. Of course, my self-confidence has increased very noticeably. And most importantly, I continue to improve every day and feel more empowered.

Woman.ru: How do you eat now to maintain and improve your shape?

T.F: I stick to proper nutrition. This is not a diet, but a lifestyle. The most important thing is to consume foods that will benefit the body. I have already forgotten when you could find sausage, mayonnaise or semi-finished products in my refrigerator. I don't care about these products at all! And why? I can cook equally delicious dishes, and most importantly, healthy ones.

Woman.ru: Now many girls who have achieved success in the gym want to demonstrate their results at a fitness bikini competition. How do you feel about such competitions and did you have a desire to participate?

T.F: For some time I was very interested in such competitions. But, having delved deeper into the training of girls in this category, I realized that this was not my thing. Only because the nutritional system and an insanely limited diet during the preparation period not only bring the body to exhaustion, but also harm health. After all, I work out for myself, I don’t need anyone’s assessment, but I want to maintain my health!

Woman.ru: Do you allow yourself “forbidden” foods?

T.F: Sometimes, once a week, I can allow myself to eat a couple of my favorite cookies or a piece of homemade cake. You need to pamper and praise yourself! The main thing is to do it wisely: in the morning, before 12 o’clock, and in small portions.

Woman.ru: Well, when you pamper yourself like that, you need to work hard. How often do you train?

T.F: Since I film my workouts for the channel and go to the gym, I get 4-5 workouts a week. But I’m used to such a load; for beginners, three times a week is enough, and always with a rest between days!

Woman.ru: What does your workout consist of? What are your pro secrets?

T.F: Every workout I do always begins with a warm-up, where I prepare all the muscles for work. Next, I usually work on two muscle groups, for example, butt and abs, and on another day - other zones. This is necessary so that the muscles have time to recover. In general, the workout lasts an hour and a half, not counting cardio.

Cardio for me is on the treadmill and in the summer it's on the bike. I can run or pedal for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on my goals for a certain period. Well, at the end of the lesson there is a mandatory cool-down - relaxation of all muscles, to relieve tension, better growth of muscle fibers and so that the pain the next morning is as little as possible.

Woman.ru: How necessary is a coach for successful training? Should you start your gym routine without professional guidance?

T.F: Many girls who achieved success in sports began to practice independently. But knowing the basics of exercise technique is a necessity, otherwise you can get so injured that you won’t be able to lose weight.

Woman.ru: What is more effective for those who want to lose weight - group classes or strength and cardio training in the gym?

T.F: This is all individual: someone likes to carry iron in the gym, surrounded by screaming and always sweating men. This motivates some people.

Some people want a calm and relaxing atmosphere where there are many girls your age with the same problems as you. I think I need to try it! You went to the gym for a week, didn’t like it - went to yoga, and it didn’t work out? It's okay, maybe they will help you in group classes? The main thing is not to sit still.

Woman.ru: What are your hobbies besides fitness?

T.F: My main hobby is running my YouTube channel! He gave me a lot: the best subscribers, their support, self-confidence and a constant desire to improve! Besides this, I like to spend time with my family outside the city, take a break from all the hustle and bustle, go on picnics and just enjoy life!

Woman.ru: Giving advice on physical activity is a big responsibility. Did you study somewhere to be a trainer?

T.F: I learned the basics of training while receiving a second higher education in the specialty “Physical Training”. My husband, who has been in sports for quite a long time, shared a lot of knowledge with me. But I test all my exercises on myself, and on my channel I only talk about the most effective and safe ones.

Woman.ru: How did the idea of ​​creating a channel come about?

T.F: One day I realized that I wanted to share all my acquired knowledge in the field of fitness. A great way to do this is to create your own YouTube channel! At first, my husband helped me, supported me, we thought about everything together. Most likely, if it weren’t for him, nothing would have worked out for me.

T.F: The most difficult thing was to overcome the fear of the camera, my accent and finally become myself.
