A bathhouse in the fight against cellulite is an extremely effective weapon, and all because it accelerates blood flow under the influence of high temperatures. Alkaline bath

Fill the bath with water at 36˚-37˚C, then dilute 200 grams of soda in 1 liter of warm water and pour the resulting mixture into the bath (150 - 200 liters). The bath is taken in a sitting position.

After the body adapts to water, you should add hot water and increase the temperature to 39˚C and maintain this temperature all the time.

The total duration of the procedure is 25 minutes, 10 sessions in total. After graduation, take a break for 60 days.
