The effectiveness of a fat-burning cream made from colorless (white) iodine is based on the ability of this substance to enhance metabolic processes, which gradually causes the breakdown of fat deposits.

List of ingredients:

firming cream used for daily skin care - 2 tbsp. l.;
white iodine - 1 tbsp. l.;
fresh aloe vera juice - 20 ml.

Manufacturing and application:

From the home aloe plant, a fleshy leaf is cut from the lower part, which must be older than three years.
Wash it, wrap it in a soft linen napkin and place it in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
Then the aloe is crushed and the juice is squeezed out using gauze.
Pour it into a small glass jar, into which iodine is added with gentle stirring with a wooden spatula and the cream is introduced.
The mass must be brought to a homogeneous structure.
Take the resulting cream with your fingertips and rub it into the abdominal area.
Massage the entire treated area with circular movements for 5 minutes, ensuring that the product is completely absorbed into the skin.

Wash off after 25-30 minutes. At least 15 daily sessions will be required.

With eucalyptus, aloe, lemon

The presence of eucalyptus in a self-made fat-burning cream provides a cooling effect that helps smooth out wrinkles and tighten the skin.

Aloe and lemon, thanks to their pronounced tonic and regenerative qualities, have a beneficial effect on skin that begins to fade and help eliminate stretch marks. The greatest effectiveness of this type of cream is manifested if it is used in conjunction with a gentle diet and increased physical activity.

Ingredients:

regular cream focused on body care - 150 ml;
aloe leaf;
lemon;
pharmacy tincture of eucalyptus - 100 ml.

Manufacturing and application:

Squeeze the juice from one lemon into a glass or earthenware bowl.
Fresh aloe leaf is washed. Carefully cut off the surface skin and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Grind it on a saucer, and then squeeze the juice out of the resulting pulp, adding it to the fresh lemon juice.
Eucalyptus tincture is added to the juice mixture with constant stirring and the cream is introduced.
When the composition acquires a uniform consistency, rub it into the skin of the abdomen, performing circular movements for 2-4 minutes.
