Bodybuilding giant Markus Ruhl, a German by nationality, was born in the German city of Darmstadt in February 1972. His father Emet died when the boy was 2 years old, but the boy grew up in a large family with his mother and older brother and sister. Like all outstanding bodybuilders, the now famous Markus Ruhl did not even suspect that bodybuilding would become his main goal in life.During his school years, the guy attended the hockey and basketball sections, then he was attracted to football. Having received a knee injury, the young man went to the gym for rehabilitation and to strengthen his muscles. He was 19 years old at the time, and in the gym he watched huge bodybuilders, who aroused Marcus’s interest in bodybuilding. In 1995, he first appeared at competitions in Babenhaus, where he became the winner.
At the age of 25, Markus Ruhl won two championships and became a professional bodybuilder. He was the first in Germany to be recognized by the International Federation of Bodybuilders. The next step was the “Night of Champions” competition in 1998, where the athlete took only 9th place. But, 4 years later in 2002, Markus Ruhl conquers this championship and becomes the first. This victory might not have happened, because earlier at Olympia the guy took 14th place and wanted to leave the sport. Thanks to his wife Simone, who is also a bodybuilder, and her support, the athlete decided to move forward, despite the setbacks.
Further, every year until 2010, Markus Ruhl fought for titles and titles. His dream was to win the tournament that Arnold Schwarzenegger himself created, and his most successful attempt was in 2003. All efforts regarding Olympia always ended in failure, the athlete was never able to get into the top three, his best result was 5th place in 2004. Regarding other tournaments, things were better; every year was sure to please me with at least one prize.
Having earned money, Markus Ruhl opened his own gym and spent time there every day. He never intended to leave his homeland and returned to his native Germany after each competition. Marcus has his favorites in the animal kingdom. These are his two parrots, who were taken by his wife after the divorce, and a dog named Lady, who goes to the gym with him to train.
Today, Markus Ruhl, nicknamed the German Beast, travels all over the world. He is respected and loved by many fans from around the world. He often becomes an honored guest at various festivals, where to this day he holds demonstration performances, proud of his forms.

I decided that this was the original source, a rare and miraculously preserved recording from the concert.
But after searching the net, I found this...
