Hard work, discipline and balance - these three pillars were the basis of my preparation. Supplements were also part of my diet - glucosamine, multivitamins, glutamine, Bcaa, chondroitin and one protein shake a day, which I drank after training.

Preparing for the film
Working out at the gym doesn't just help Johnson look shirtless. He trains hard to be able to perform as many stunts on his own as he can physically handle, and to make those stunts look as realistic as possible.

In the blockbuster "Fast and Furious 7" and the disaster film "San Andreas," Johnson performed some incredibly impressive, but physically exhausting stunts.
