  5. Keep your shoulders motionless , turn your head alternately to the right/left, fixing the position at the extreme point for 2-4 seconds. Make turns in a calm rhythm. When turning, inhale deeply, and when returning to the starting position, exhale. Repeat the exercise 6-8 times in each direction.
  6. Shoulders are motionless. Tilt your head, trying to touch the shoulder point, while also pointing your lips towards the shoulder. On the count of 5 - tilt, on the count of 5 - fixation of movement, on the count of 5 - starting position. Perform the exercise 6 times on each side.
  7. Sitting straight , stretch your head in front of you, trying to reach some object. At the same time, capture imaginary prey with the mouth. The back and shoulders are motionless. Only the mouth, head and neck work. Pulling forward for a count of 5, fixing the movement for a count of 5, returning to the starting position for a count of 5. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

  1. Open your eyes wide and hold the position for 5 seconds without wrinkling your forehead. Repeat 8 times.
